PSN developer have approached us to create a complete brand strategy for a building concept in Prague, which used to be an aeronautic equipment factory, and they wanted to renovate it with a vision to create a unique loft living in Prague.
The team has first taken a deep dive into the understanding of the target group ideal for this type of living and defined an ideal type of end user. They defined a persona and named him the Vanguard, a pioneer in loft living.
The brand strategy and visual identity has taken in account all aspects of this projects, such as its uniqueness both in size and in content and overall concept. Our team has approached three architecture studios Oooox, Ivanka Kowalski and I.D. Arch who realized their visions and created set of fit-out ideas for visual renders.
A brand new idea of housing in Prague was created, and it was an excellent example of conversation in architecture, with entirely new aesthetic and user qualities. In Vanguard, one can park a car right in his loft and enjoy a view of it from the living room.
Vanguard is simply the future of loft living.
