The developer PSN, which focuses on the revitalization of historic buildings, has expanded its portfolio of projects to include the unique building of the former MICRONA aircraft factory and its complete conversion into an extraordinary loft living.
In the first phase, we developed a complete creative vision and brand strategy for this project. First, we focused on a perfect understanding of the target group and on specifying the appropriate persona, which we named Vanguard. When designing the visual identity, we took into account both the overall concept and the uniqueness of the project. We invited three renowned architectural studios to collaborate with us, whose concepts were reflected in the interior visualizations.
The result is an original concept of housing that is unparalleled in the capital. It is an extraordinary example of architectural conversion bringing completely new user and aesthetic qualities to the place.
In the second phase of the project, we were invited by the client to expand the concept so that it would be easily perceived and communicated in the sales phase. We focused on adapting the product and defining the services within the residential housing. We also set up a complete CX customer experience. The visual of the new campaign made its way into all marketing and sales material
