The project by Cresco Real Estate brings back to life a classic factory building in Prague’s Holešovice, which in the past offered relatively unattractive office space. The building, which originally served as a machine factory, has huge open spaces and distinctive industrial elements.

We created a vision for the property as a multi-purpose space that fully exploits the original industrial design. We have divided the large space into several smaller units suitable for business rental. We used an interesting story to build the brand, with striking visuals that perfectly represented the potential of the building itself. For this project we also designed a logo and new identity for the building, which included a unique brochure that used emotion and a website for the business message in a rather atypical way.
