Residential project Lihovar

The new Lihovar residential project will revive the architecture of Prague’s
Smíchov district and breathe new life into the industrial area. When completed, it will offer more than 550 apartments. We are pleased to have been part of the conceptual design of the second flagship project of the Trigema investment group. 
As part of our collaboration on this project, we have been involved in the preparation of its complete visual identity and the development of the creative vision. We created the name, logo and key visuals. We chose the name Lihovar as a reference to the established location,and the claim “Spirit of Smíchov” refers to the future community space forlocal residents, but also to the industrial history.
