Trigema Investment Group’s unique Fragment residential project will become a new architectural landmark in Prague’s Karlín district. Once completed, it will offer 140 designer and fully equipped apartments for rent.
As part of our cooperation on this project, we participated in the preparation of its complete visual identity, which included the preparation of a creative vision including the name, brand concept, visual style, logo, key visuals and codification of the identity into a brand manual. During the development of the creative concept and vision, we influenced, among other things, the final form of David Černý’s sculptures placed on the exterior of the building. We were also involved in the product design, preparing all floor plans to achieve maximum efficiency in the use of space in line with current trends in the rental housing segment. We also set standards for the individual units and the common areas, from conceptual design to project documentation. Both in terms of the exterior and through the exceptionally designed interiors, the building is consistent with its name.
