Groundbreaking ceremony for Fragment project
As construction has begun on Fragment, we were honored to be present at the groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of the construction phase in Prague’s Karlin District. We were extremely proud to see our own personal contributive fragments to the project come to life in style as artist David Cerny alongside the team responsible for the architectural design of the project Qarta architects and most importantly, the team from Trigema a.s., who’s project it is.
Creating the name and brand identity for this project fills us with absolute joy, as we love to celebrate bravery and vision in our field of real-estate development and creativity. Fragment is an ‘Art living Experience’ offering long-term rental apartments which are truly touched by art.

The flagship of rental housing
This new architectural landmark in Karlin will consist of 140 fully furnished apartments for rent in various layouts from studios to spacious duplex penthouses with rooftop terraces. All units boast designer interiors connected to the exterior and views of the Prague panorama from those upper floors. The building will also include 119 parking spaces in an underground garage. Fragment will thus set the benchmark for the luxury rental living in Prague.
